We are pleased<\/span> to announce the availability of our Living Semantic Platform<\/a> in January 2015.<\/p>\n The Living Semantic Platform enables the collaborative development and maintenance of OWL2 ontologies<\/a>. We focus on lightweight ontologies complying to the OWL2-QL <\/a>profile<\/a>. Data from external data sources such as SQL databases, Excel files, PDF files or XML files can be easily integrated into the ontologies. The embedded OWL2-QL reasoner allows for a high-performance query answering of http:\/\/www.w3.org\/TR\/sparql11-query\/<\/a>SPARQL queries<\/a> – even with large amounts of data.<\/p>\n
